This invention is able to crease plastic materials in an open system and melt them to a moisture-free form. During the processing at 350-500 Celsius degree, full amount of moisture vaporizes. Hazardous materials will be closed inside the matter, blended in molecular level. Using the SYLROCK technology, materials degrade to a molecular level from which they will then be reformed into an incredibly resilient new material called SYLROCK. After processing waste using the SYLROCK method, a homogenous material is created, which is the basic (matrix) material. When other additives are added to this material, it becomes a blended compound material.
The waste after processing is: water-proof, acid-proof, lye-proof can be easily shaped, drilled, sculpted, clinched. Has every benefit of a wooden board, but even harder than that. Degradation time in soil is 400 years. The objective of SYLROCK is to recycle disposed plastic waste and is produce valuable materials suitable for further processing; protect the environment by creating new products, which can be used as high-quality construction materials, replacing materials such as wood, concrete, brick, etc. ;eliminate big-volume, low-specific-weight components of waste.
The compressed SYLROCK board made from reduced waste can be used for building shelter and mobile houses, flood-protection, dams, or other facilities buried into the soil, such as sumps, bog-holes, cesspools, composting plants, outdoor furniture, columns, bicycle-roads, protective fences or ornamental architectural fixtures.
What makes our technology cutting edge and very different from what is available in the market place today is we can mix the polypropylene, polyethylene polystyrene and different garbage waste. The final product has a very strong homogeneous, force-bearing power, resisting water, acid- and alkali- solutions. Our technology is entirely complete and closed unlike other attempts where unloading the heated and compressed mass is not solved. Handling of heated and plastic state materials is very problematic. One of main novelties of our mechanical equipments is a special unit that is able to unload the heat sintered material and lead it up to the next technological phase.
